Empower yourself, connect with others, and embrace creativity - all from the comfort of your own home!

This online journaling circle, designed specifically for busy mums with little ones, offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings through creative expression. Juggling motherhood and finding "me-time" can be a challenge, but this online format allows you to participate from anywhere, anytime a nap or quiet moment allows.

Here's what you can expect:

  • A supportive and inclusive environment: Facilitated by Lisa Quinney, a Perinatal Counsellor, mother of two, and passionate creative, this group welcomes anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, identifies as a mother, or is a woman or non-binary carer.
  • Creative exploration: Each session features a different journaling exercise, incorporating poetry, prose, collage, drawing, and painting.
  • Safe space to connect: Share your experiences, emotions, and vulnerabilities with other mums in a supportive and understanding online community.

What to bring:

  • Your journal
  • Art supplies (get creative, anything from crayons to paints!)
  • A cup of tea (or your favorite beverage)
  • Treats for yourself (because you deserve it!)
  • Cozy PJs and a relaxing ambience (create a space that feels calming to you)
