60 Minute Counselling Session
Service Description
During this once off counselling session, you will be able to talk about what has been going on for you. We will be focusing on one particular issue you are wanting to resolve. Clarity Calls are available as 60 minute or 90 minute sessions. Please note: Saturday appointments are only available as Online Telehealth Sessions at the moment. If this is your first appointment, please fill out and sign the following forms ahead of your session: - Client Intake - Counselling Contract - Online Agreement You will be sent an email with this information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Since the scheduling of your appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. This is to ensure that if you can’t make it, I can offer the time for someone who is also seeking support and on the waiting list. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation are welcome earlier than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can do so by texting or emailing me. When will cancellation fee be charged? If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the fee will be charged. (Note: in case of unforeseen emergencies, I will exercise discretion on this policy on a case-by-case basis.) If appointments are missed without any notification the full fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will be invoiced for payment via direct transfer.
