About the event
Motherhood is full of love, but let’s be real—it’s also full of moments that push you to your edge. If you find yourself snapping, simmering, or carrying resentment, you’re not alone. So many of us have been taught to ignore our anger, to feel guilty for it, to push it down. But when we do that, it doesn’t go away—it just bubbles under the surface, making us feel exhausted, disconnected, and, let’s be honest, kind of miserable.
This workshop is a space to finally meet your anger with love. To understand it instead of fearing it. To work with it instead of fighting against it.
Through guided reflection, creative journaling, and partswork (inspired by IFS therapy), we’ll dive into:
What’s really beneath your anger (hint: it’s not just about the messy house)
Why pushing emotions down can make you unwell
How to stop guilt from keeping you stuck
