About the event

Take a break for yourself and enjoy this deeply nurturing experience.

What awaits you:

  • Warm Welcome & Intention Setting: We'll begin by creating a safe and supportive space, setting intentions for your personal journey.

  • Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony: Immerse yourself in the transformative power of ceremonial cacao and a deeply relaxing sound immersion with crystal bowls. This combined experience, accompanied by a reading of Rumi's poem, will facilitate inner exploration and self-compassion.

  • Creative Journaling with IFS: Learn about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and explore the different "parts" within you. Guided journaling prompts based on Rumi's poem will help you connect with various aspects of your identity as a mother, fostering greater understanding and acceptance.

  • Creative Expression: Unleash your creativity through journaling, collage, or artwork, allowing your inner landscape to emerge organically.
